Cancellations made within 24 hours will receive a partial refund. Tournaments and Events: If you are unable to attend a tournament or event, you may request a refund up to 48 hours before the event starts. Game Rentals: Rentals can be returned for a full refund if unused and returned within 48 hours of the rental period. Memberships: Memberships can be canceled within 14 days for a full refund if no services have been used.
